Placing My Order

Can I just place an order and pay without an account?
Yes, it is very easy to “order, pay and go”, just follow the instructions given on screen.

Can I open an account?
Yes, just click on the appropriate button to register for an account.

I cannot access my account/my password is not working
Access to accounts and the use of passwords is very case sensitive, so please ensure that you are entering the information correctly. If this is still causing problems please contact the help desk who will be able to resend your password information.

Can I post to overseas?
Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of flowers we cannot post any orders abroad however flowers can be delivered from florists in your chosen country – please refer to international deliveries on the website.

Do I have to complete a new order for every person I am sending to?
 Yes.

Why is the promotion code not working?
To ensure that any promotional offers are correctly processed on your order you must enter the code exactly as given including any upper or lower case characters. Some codes given are date sensitive so a given code may no longer be valid.

Can I change my order once confirmed?
Orders can be altered or cancelled but this will depend entirely upon the notice we have been given to be able to do this. Please contact help@valueflora.com

Delivering my order

Can I have a guaranteed delivery for a specific date?
Yes, this has to be chosen and an extra charge paid, the option for this will be found on the order form. Various guaranteed timings are also available and various different costs. All guaranteed deliveries are made with independent couriers. In the unlikely event there be a delay in your guaranteed delivery we will contact you and discuss any alternatives available.

What does the Royal Mail service offer?
When flowers are sent by First class postage, this is not a guaranteed service. We will dispatch the day before the requested delivery date and then have to rely on Royal Mail’s declaration that their service aims to be delivered by the next working day.  If the flowers have not been received within 7 working days of the delivery date, we will resend or refund for you.

Is there guaranteed delivery to Highlands, Ireland and off shore islands?
Yes, this is possible although we do have to charge extra, this option is available on the order form.

How do I know when my order has been received?
As 1st class post is NOT a signed for service we cannot confirm that delivery has taken place. Wtih the guaranteed service contact us and we can track your delivery for you.  If the tracking information shows that a delivery was not attempted on the requested delivery date we will resend or refund, however if an attempted delivery is shown and a calling card left with re-delivery details, the responsibility of the delivery becomes that of the recipient.

Paying for my Order

Do you take all forms of debit and credit cards?
Yes, depending on the type of card your payments will either by processed by Paypal or Nochex.

How do I know my payment is secure?
When your form of payment has been entered you will be taken through to either Paypal or Nochex which are both fully secure payment sites.

Will I know if my payment has processed?
You will receive an email confirmation that payment has been processed successfully, if you do not receive this within 2 hours of placing your order please contact help@valueflora.com and we will assist with this matter.

That Extra Touch?

How many words can I include on my message?
There is a maximum of 200 words permitted for any message, should your message be longer we cannot guarantee that all will be printed on the gift card.

How is my message displayed with the flowers?
The gift card has a floral print to one side and your message on the reverse, this is firmly secured to the wrapping around the flowers.

Do the flowers have any of my details or the price paid sent with them?
No, the only items sent with the flowers is the message card, flower care card, flower food and any additional items you order.

Can I enhance my flowers with extra gifts?
Yes, we offer various extras, including larger bouquets, chocolates, teddy bears, glass vases, gypsophilia, Prosecco, and helium balloons. Other extras may also be available depending on the time of year.

Comments about my order

How do I complain about my order?
In the unlikely event that the flowers do not reach the recipient in an acceptable condition, we would request that a photograph be emailed to us together with your comments, order number and delivery date. We would then be happy to offer replacement flowers or a refund.
