Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions upon which Valueflora ("we/us") makes this website (the "Valueflora Site") available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via this site. By using this site and/or placing an order with Valueflora, you are accepting these terms & conditions.

1. Our Flowers

1.1
All bouquets featured are available for delivery everywhere in the UK, including the Channel islands. We can also deliver abroad - please order from the specific country's order page.

1.2
Flowers may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.

1.3
All bouquets are delivered by Royal Mail First Class post, in post-proof boxes, unless otherwise stated.

1.4
All fresh flowers are subject to availability and strict quality control. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or specific colours with those of equivalent value and quality without any notice.

1.5
If in the unlikely circumstances that we cannot make your delivery, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and will refund your payment in full and in any event no later than 28 days after placing the order.

2. Payment & Pricing

Prices listed are valid for 7 days after placing your order.

2.2
Prices include delivery and VAT. Our promise to you means we have no surcharges or nasty surprises at the checkout.

2.3
You may only use the specified discount code that is quoted on the actual product page. Only one code can be used per order - our prices are already low enough!

3. Placing an order

3.1
By following the instructions on the Order Form, you will need to provide us with your complete personal details, including postcode, together with those of the intended recipient .

We will also require your payment details and a card message, if requested. By placing an order you are then bound by these terms & conditions of sale.

3.2
After placing your order, it will be processed and upon receipt of our e-mail confirmation by you the order is deemed to be valid and will therefore progress to delivery. If you do not receive such an email within 12 hours, please email help@valueflora.com quoting your full details.

3.3
We will confirm your order details and advise you that we have received the order when we e-mail you.

4. Delivery

4.1
Delivery is INCLUDED in the price of your flowers!

4.2
All flowers are delivered by Royal Mail First Class post, anywhere in UK and will therefore usually be delivered in the morning by your postman. (Unless you order same day flowers, which are delivered by hand or select the courier upgrade option).

4.3
If the recipient is not home then the flowers will either be left safe, or a card will be posted and the flowers returned to the local Post Office depot, where a re-delivery or collection can be arranged. Once a card is left, the delivery is deemed complete and it is then the responsibility of the recipient the collect the flowers or arrange re-delivery ASAP.

4.4
Your bouquet will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order. Alternatively you can have your bouquet delivered on or around a specific date - just email us after you order with your request.

4.5
Please note that we do not currently dispatch on Saturday's as there is no postal delivery service on Sunday's.

4.6
If you order an item to be sent via post but that item is lost (or presumed lost) in the hands of the Royal Mail, then we will replace it at no extra charge and to the same delivery address.

5. Cancellation

5.1
Orders may be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, unless you ask for delivery on the next working day. In these cases your order may have already been dispatched and therefore it will be too late to stop it from being delivered. Any cancellations or amendments after placing the order are requests only and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that Flowers are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) because of their perishable nature.

5.3
You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

6.2
Because of the perishable nature of flowers and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints please make any complaint to us within 7 days of delivery.

6.3
For quality complaints, we require photographic evidence of the delivered item so that we can investigate the matter further. You may send an image via email to us in either GIF, TIFF or JPEG format.

7. Disclaimer

7.1
This website is deemed to be working and error-free. However, we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the site and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the site impossible or impractical.

7.2
Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)

7.4
We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998 and will only send you marketing emails if you have opted-in to receive such information. You can opt-out at any time!

We use cookies during our Checkout process to collect information including your email address and name. We do not store your credit card details.
