How do I redeem my petal points?
When you place an order with us, ensure you are logged in. During the checkout you will then be shown your points balance and given the option of 'cashing in' your points, in the form of a coupon code. Quote your PetalPoints coupon code in the discount code box and this will enable you to pay for your order with your points.
Can I specify a guaranteed date for my delivery of farm fresh flowers?
If you wish to guarantee a specific date for delivery, you can opt to pay an additional £4.99 (choose this at stage 3 of the checkout) and this will enable your order to be delivered on a specifc date.
Can I get my flowers delivered the same day as I order?
Yes, we offer a Same Day Range, so if you place your order before 12 midday, your flowers will be delivered the same day.
Can I use my petal points and discount code when placing an order?
Unfortunately, you can only input one code in the voucher code box per order, so you need to choose either to use your points or discount code.
How long does delivery take if I opt for the free Royal Mail 1st class option?
Delivery takes 1-3 days from the date the farm fresh flowers are dispatched from our farm, but 90% do arrive the next working day - please order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
The total at checkout is not showing the discounted price, why is this?
Please ensure you have quoted the discount code, shown against the item on the website, in the voucher code box at stage 1 of the checkout,as this will determine you are only charged the discounted price.
Can I send flowers abroad?
Yes, we have a fabulous range for delivery to over 120 countries - just click onto 'International Flower Deliveries' and click onto the country of your choice.
The full range of flowers we deliver to that particular country will be shown.
The status of my order is showing Pending Shipment,
does this mean it has not been dispatched?
Not at all, the status of your order will change to this from payment pending once payment has been submitted and accepted, and will remain that way even after your flowers have been delivered.
The delivery address is not showing on my confirmation for my international delivery?
For all international deliveries, the delivery address will not show on your confirmation page, but it does show on our copy so will be processed correctly!
I am trying to order more than 1 item but it is not charging me the correct price?
If you are ordering a promotional item that is reduced in price, you can order as many times as you like but you MUST order each item separately to receive the correct discount each time!
The status of my order is showing pending payment and I have not received a receipt for the payment I have made, what do I do?
If you are concered please email us at help@valueflora.com, quoting your order reference number if you have it (it willl be on your payment receipt) .
You do not have to re-order, as this may cause a duplication order which will result in two orders being despatched.
I ordered my flowers for delivery within a specific timeband,
and I need to know when I will receive them?
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the despatch date for such orders, but we can confirm that your order will be delivered within the chosen delivery band.
I have placed an order but need to amend or cancel this, what do I do?
As stated on the checkout review page, once your order is placed we cannot make any amendments to it.
My confirmation states the delivery will be within 7/14/28 days but also it will be delivered first class post, which delivery method applies to my order?
Your order will be despatched and delivered within the time band chosen,
i.e 7/14/28 days - via first class post. |

Flowers from the Same Day Range are delivered via one of our local florists. A same day relay charge of £4.95 applies.
Same Day Range flowers can be delivered Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries available on request - please email us before ordering!
