I recently (Mon 1st Feb) ordered 10 Winter roses to be sent to a colleague. I put the incorrect house number on it and processed the order. I realised too late so rang and left a message out of hours. Someone very kindly rang me back leaving me a message to say that the correct delivery address had been noted. The flowers were delivered on time and to the correct address. I THINK THIS IS OUTSTANDING SERVICE.....THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH. I shall make sure I tell everyone of your great company. BC
